Indusind Bank is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our CASA (Current Account) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth, developing strategies to expand our customer base, and enhancing client relationships. You will work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall performance of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase CASA acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the banking sector.
