Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end credit assessment for Micro LAP proposals
Review financial, banking, income & property documents
Conduct credit appraisal and ensure policy compliance
Assess customer repayment capacity and creditworthiness
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal & Technical teams
Ensure timely sanction and disbursement
Maintain credit quality and manage portfolio performance
Identify and control credit risks as per company guidelines
🎯 Skills Required
Strong knowledge of LAP / Mortgage Credit
Good financial analysis & credit appraisal skills
Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
Knowledge of Banking/NBFC credit policies
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
